Our Code of Conduct defines the standards of behavior expected of every partner, consultant, and contractor associated with TriCore Partners. It reflects our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and responsible business conduct across all jurisdictions in which we operate — Canada, the United States, and the GCC.
1. Working with One Another
- We treat all colleagues, contractors, and partners with respect and dignity regardless of position, background, or personal characteristics
- We foster an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences
- We communicate openly, honestly, and constructively
- We support the professional development and well-being of those we work with
- We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or bullying in any form
- We maintain a safe, healthy, and productive work environment whether onsite, remote, or hybrid
2. Working with Clients
- We deliver the highest quality of service and act in the best interest of our clients
- We are transparent about our capabilities, limitations, and the scope of our engagements
- We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, data, and proprietary materials
- We do not misrepresent our qualifications, experience, or the outcomes we can deliver
- We provide honest, independent advice — even when it is not what the client wants to hear
- We ensure our fees are fair, transparent, and proportionate to the value delivered
- We respect the intellectual property of our clients and third parties
3. Acting with Professional Integrity
- We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in every jurisdiction where we operate
- We are honest and ethical in all business dealings without exception
- We do not engage in bribery, corruption, or facilitation payments under any circumstances
- We do not engage in money laundering or knowingly assist others in doing so
- We comply with all applicable sanctions, export controls, and trade restrictions
- We report unethical behavior, concerns, or violations through proper channels without fear of retaliation
- We take personal responsibility for the quality of our work
4. Maintaining Objectivity and Independence
- We identify and disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest before accepting an engagement
- We do not accept gifts, entertainment, or other benefits that could compromise — or appear to compromise — our professional judgment
- We maintain objectivity in all advisory work, ensuring our recommendations serve the client's interest and not our own
- We separate advisory and assurance roles where required by regulation or professional standards
- We decline engagements where we cannot maintain independence or objectivity
5. Protecting Data, Information, and Intellectual Capital
- We safeguard all confidential and proprietary information — whether belonging to TriCore Partners, our clients, or third parties
- We comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws including PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, UAE PDPL, GDPR, and CCPA
- We use information systems and technology responsibly and only for authorized purposes
- We protect intellectual property rights and do not use or disclose proprietary methodologies, tools, or content without authorization
- We handle insider information and material non-public information in strict compliance with applicable securities laws
- We report any security incidents, data breaches, or suspected violations immediately
Reporting Concerns
Any partner, consultant, contractor, or external party who becomes aware of conduct that may violate this Code is encouraged to report it. Reports can be made to:
TriCore Partners prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. All reports are treated confidentially to the extent possible.
Enforcement
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, termination of engagement, or legal action as appropriate. All individuals associated with TriCore Partners are expected to read, understand, and comply with this Code.
